Made in the USA. This banner is easy to carry around while at graduation. It's foldable and packable, making it perfect for travel. One or two people can hold the banner at the moto run and graduation. The sides are hemmed with room for dowel rods (not included). Take it home after graduation and hang it at your Marine's graduation party!

It is made of sturdy yet flexible 100% polyester fabric (not vinyl).

The banner is a good weight and the quality is very nice. While there is space to insert dowel rods on both sides of the banner, two of us just held it up with our hands but it’s small enough that one person can hold it just fine, with or without the rods.
Shipping was also fast and it arrived in plenty of time, even though I thought I might have ordered too late.
My only issue is the photos show an exclamation mark after “Congratulations!” but it wouldn’t fit when I tried to order it. “Congratulations” just doesn’t give the same energy but in the grand scheme of things, it didn’t matter. The banner looked great and arrived in time!

Super banner
I love the banner. One bad thing is the example shows you can write Congratulations! with the exclamation mark, yet when ordering, the characters are limited and won't fit the exclamation mark. Had to write Congrats! instead, which isn't exactly what I wanted, yet worked.
