What is your return and exchange policy?
Products may be returned for exchange, refund or store credit within thirty (30) days of the order being shipped.  No product may be returned without first obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Which items may be returned?
Items that have been damaged, worn or soiled will not be accepted.  Clothing tags must be intact.  Engraved coins, swords and custom-printed products cannot be returned for refund, exchange or store credit.  Books, DVD’s and/or CD’s must be returned unopened. Face Masks and Gaiters are not returnable. 
What if an item is defective or incorrect?
Contact us and we will make it right.  In the rare case that your shipment contains a defective or incorrect item, we will ship you a replacement at no charge and credit the cost of any return shipping charges.
How do I return an item?

  • Your RA# is valid for fourteen (14) days. Items without an RA# will not be accepted.
  • We pay return shipping costs if the product is defective or we sent the incorrect item.
  • For exchanges, you will incur a $5 reshipping fee.
  • For all other returns, you pay return shipping costs plus a 10% restocking fee per item returned.
  • We will credit your account within seven (7) days of receiving the returned item.
