Shipping policy

  • Banners & Garden Flags: These are custom-printed just for you. Please allow 5–6 business days for production before they ship.
  • Other Products: All other products typically leave our warehouse the following business day after you place your order.
  • Standard Shipping Time: Once your order leaves our warehouse, it takes 3–5 business days to arrive in most locations.
  • Outside the Contiguous US: Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses may take 7–10 business days.
Note: "Days-in-transit" refers to the time after the mail carrier picks up your item. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.

For items not listed above, shipping costs are calculated based on your order total:
  • Up to $49.99: $19.00
  • $50.00 – $99.99: $16.00
  • $100.00 – $199.99: $12.00
  • $200.00 and up: FREE

  • We ship to the 48 connected US states, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
  • We also ship to APO/FPO military addresses.
  • We do not ship to any other international or overseas locations.
