We want your shopping experience to be as smooth and easy as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and handle your orders:

âš¡ Quick & Reliable Shipping
  • Standard Items: We get to work fast! Orders are generally packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. If you order over the weekend (Friday through Sunday), your package will head out by Tuesday.
  • Custom Items: Custom-printed banners and garden flags are made just for you and take 5–7 business days in production before they ship.
  • Delivery Times: Garden flags and banners travel via USPS Ground Advantage. For all other items, our packing team selects the best carrier to give you the fastest delivery and lowest rate. Standard delivery takes about 3–5 business days once it leaves our facility.
📦 Simple Order Tracking
  • Instant Confirmation: You will receive an automated email confirmation the moment you place your order. If you don't see it right away, please check your spam or junk folder.
  • Live Updates: You can check your order's status anytime by clicking the link inside your confirmation email.
  • Tracking Number: As soon as your order hits the road, we will send you a second email with your tracking number.
🛒 Easy Online Ordering
  • Secure Shopping: For your safety and convenience, all orders must be placed through our secure online shopping cart. Please note that we do not take orders over the phone.
  • Always In Stock: We keep our inventory updated so that everything you see is in stock unless noted otherwise. In the very rare event that an item is backordered, we will email you right away.
🔄 Stress-Free Returns & Cancellations
  • 30-Day Returns: Want to return something? No problem! You can return products for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of shipment. Please note our garden flags and personalized banners are not eligible for return.
  • Return Authorization: To start a return, you just need a Return Authorization number (RA#). Please click here to learn how to easily get your RA# and read our full return policy. Packages sent back without an RA# cannot be accepted.
  • Cancellations: We start processing your order immediately. Once an item is in production or has shipped, it falls under our standard return policy. Custom items cannot be refunded, and refused shipments will be billed for shipping and restocking fees.
